Crushed Panne (Panne): 100% polyester. Very stretchy. Velvet like in appearance and feel, but much lighter in weight and has a "crushed" look. Commonly used for some (but not all) shirts, skirts, bras, harem pants and other garments. Machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle with non chlorine bleach and mild detergent. Hang dry. Iron on wrong side only, steam only.

Cotton Broadcloth: 100% cotton. Light-weight shirt like fabric with no stretch. Commonly used for some (but not all) chemises, shirts, skirts and other garments. Machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle with non chlorine bleach and mild detergent. Warm iron. Avoid the dryer as all cotton shrinks.

Muslin: 100% cotton. Light-weight shirt like fabric with no stretch. Commonly used for chemises. Machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle with non chlorine bleach and mild detergent. Warm iron. Avoid the dryer as all cotton shrinks.

Duck Cloth: 100% cotton. Stiff fabric commonly used for waist cinchers and Turkish vests. Machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle with non chlorine bleach and mild detergent. Cool iron, only if necessary. Avoid the dryer as all cotton shrinks.

NOTE: Avoid putting any garments with grommets or eyelets in the dryer.
